Refund Policy

We do not accept returns for refund.

We have a 7-day policy only for EXCHANGE due to defect/damage in products. We only accept exchange of products of the same type & design 7 days after the customer received the item. Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for exchange. You need to email or contact us right away support@arctichunter.com.ph if you decide to exchange an item, you must send a photo/image showing the defect/damaged part.

To return the product, you should mail your product to:

Arctic Hunter PH, 3 Forestry St., Brgy Culiat, 1128 Quezon City, Philippines.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received item for exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
